PRO-AM QUALIFIER (3-PERSON TEAM)
Play for your spot in the NSW Open Pro-Am n
at The Vintage – 12 November
- Format: 3-player gross scramble – manual putting
- Qualifying: Play anytime, Aug 12–Oct 17 (6 rounds, best 3 count)
- Finals: 24 October at GolfSpace
- Winner: Earns a Pro-Am team spot (3 players) + 1-night accommodation @ the Vintage & branded gear
- Finalists: Top 2 GolfSpace teams compete against top 9 from other NSW venues
Pricing:
- Casuals: $450/team ($150pp) – includes 12 hours sim time (per team), 50 range balls/week (per person), 50% off extra bookings
- Practice Members: $300/team ($100pp) – additional sim time included + 50% off extra bookings
- Elevate/Academy: $150/team ($50pp)
OPEN VIRTUAL QUALIFIER (INDIVIDUAL)
Play for a spot in the 2025 NSW Open
13–16 November at The Vintage
- Format: Gross stroke-play – auto-fixed putting
- Qualifying: Play anytime, Aug 12–Oct 10 (6 rounds, best 3 count)
- Finals: 17 October at GolfSpace
- Winner: Earns official NSW Open tournament spot + branded gear
- Finalists: Top 12 GolfSpace players compete against top 12 from other Sydney venues
Pricing:
- Casuals: $250 – includes 10 hours sim time, 100 range balls/week, 50% off extra bookings
- Practice Members: $150 – includes sim time and balls
- Elevate/Academy: $100 – includes sim time and balls

FAQs
What’s the difference between the two qualifiers?
The Pro-Am Qualifier is a 3-person team scramble with a chance to qualify for the NSW Open Pro-Am.
The Open Virtual Qualifier is individual gross stroke play, with the winner earning a start in the official NSW Open field.
Do I have to play all the rounds?
No, you only have to play the amount of rounds that are counted: 6 rounds for the Open Qualifiers and 3 rounds for the Pro-Am Qualifiers.
Can I enter both divisions?
Yes, as long as you meet the eligibility and pay the entry for each. You can compete in both team and individual formats.
Where are the finals held?
All finals are held at GolfSpace Alexandria.
When do I play my rounds?
You can play them anytime! Book your bay and play each round at your own pace.
How does scoring work?
Pro-Am: Best 3 team rounds from 6 attempts count toward the team Order of Merit.
Open Virtual: Best 6 individual rounds from 9 attempts count toward the individual Order of Merit.
Can we change teammates mid-series?
No. Once your team is registered, the same three players must play all qualifying and finals rounds.
I don’t have a team. Can I join the Pro-Am qualifier as a solo?
Yes! Contact hayden@golfspace.com.au to find a team before registering.
What happens if we make the finals?
You’ll be invited to compete in the in-person final at GolfSpace Alexandria. Winners from GolfSpace will then represent us against other venues, and win a branded Adidas Polo and Cap.

What’s included in the grand prize trips?
Pro-Am Winners: Team spot in the NSW Open Pro-Am (The Vintage – Nov 12), 1-night accommodation included.
Open Winner: Spot in the official NSW Open field (Nov 13–16) with travel, accommodation and entry fee paid.
