If you’re new to golf, we’ll get you ready to play outdoors with confidence and skill.

If you’ve been playing for years, the PlayMaker 6 Challenge will give you the skills to play your best round ever.

What is the PlayMaker 6 Challenge?

Begins September 25th 2023

Over 12 weeks you’ll receive personalised coaching across all 6 elements of the game of golf.

  • Off the tee
  • Approach the green
  • Around the green
  • Putting
  • Course strategy
  • Mindset

Each fortnight you’ll receive;

  • A one hour, 1 on 1 lesson from your PGA Professional Coach
  • 16 hours of TrackMan Simulator time
  • Daily access to the Indoor Driving Range
  • Daily access to the PuttView Putting Green
  • Benchmarking exercises to complete to assess where you are at in each element
  • Personalised session plans to provide structure to your practice time
  • Guidance for your upcoming outdoor rounds and analysis of your performance
  • An entry to the indoor Members Monthly Tournament to implement the skills you’ve been developing and test them in a competitive environment

All participants play a full round at Bonnie Doon Golf Club at the conclusion of the 12 weeks at the end of challenge where your goal will be to shoot your best round ever.

Let’s crunch those numbers in 12 weeks

My handicap went from about 9 down to 6 in less than 12 weeks, which is the lowest that I’ve ever been. And it’s purely been because of the choices that I’ve been able to make on course, after coaching and using TrackMan data. Out of the 6 areas, Course Strategy was definitely the area that improved the most. It’s lowered my scores, reduced my handicap, and it’s made my game that much better.

When I started, I had the main goal to reduce my handicap, and we were able to take off 11 shots! The aspect I really enjoyed was Around the Green. Working with my coach, Gavin, we focused on getting the most out of our shots. Having different options of what we could play on the course really paid off for me. It took my handicap from 29 down to 18, so I’m a very happy golfer.
