The 6 Week Challenge

Starts 29th April to 20th June.

  • Play in an epic 6 round virtual golf tournament on TrackMan.
  • 1 round each week, playing at;
  • Week 1 – Marcella Tiger Woods – 29th April – 5th May
  • Week 2 – Manchester Golf Club – 6th May – 12th May
  • Week 3 – Royal Montreal – 13th May – 19th May
  • Week 4 – Lofoten Links – 20th May – 26th May
  • Week 5 – Crans Sans-Sierre – 27th May – 2nd June
  • Week 6 – Royal Melbourne – 3rd June – 9th June
  • Match Play Play-Offs – w/c 13th June
  • Grand Final Thursday 20th June

How do I qualify for the Grand Final?

  • 3 Divisions based on TrackMan handicap
    (Div 1 = +18 to 2 | Div 2 = 2 to 12.0 | Div 3 = 12.1 to 25 +)
  • 9 players (3 per division) will qualify to play in the ‘Grand Final’
  • 1 player per division (3 players total) will automatically qualify by winning the 6 round virtual golf tournament order of merit
  • 2 players per division (6 players) will face off in a live match play event – week commencing 13th June

How do I win the Grand Final?

  • The golfer with the highest stableford round on Thursday 20th June will be crowned the 2024 6 Week Challenge Winner!

What is the prize for the Grand Final winner?

  • The winner will receive 12 months Academy Membership completely free! Plus 2 free rounds @ Bonnie Doon. Overall prize valued at over $8,000

FAQs

Do I need to be a Member of GOLFSPACE to enter?

Yes you need to be a member of GOLFSPACE to play (Academy members – free entry)

Can I elevate my game and play in the 6 Week Challenge?

Of course, we recommend joining our Academy Membership so you can have a Personal PGA Coach throughout the challenge to maximize your chances of winning!

What does each week look like?

Each week there is a new course to play. You have one week to post your round between Monday and Sunday.

What is the process to join?
You must be a member of GOLFSCAPE to participate in the 6 week challenge. If you are not a member yet – check out the membership options here.
If you are a member, then the entry fee is $150, and FREE entry for Academy members.
Do I need a G.A Handicap to win the Grand Final?

Yes – you must have a G.A handicap and have played at least 3 competitive rounds in the last 12 months. If you don’t have a G.A handicap, as a member of GOLFSPACE you can have your G.A handicap with us. Speak to our team and we can help you get an official handicap so you can play to win the ultimate prize.

Can I play each weekly round more than once to improve my score?

No – you get one chance to play each round and have 7 days to play the course for that week.

How do I automatically qualify for the Grand Final on 20th June?

One golfer per division will automatically qualify by winning the order of merit. Each round gives you points depending on where on the leaderboard you finish for that round.

What happens if I miss a round?

No problem at all, you can still win the order of merit by winning the weekly rounds as the points scored by winning the weekly round will give you significant points to climb the leaderboard.

If I don’t automatically qualify, how to I win in the live match-play event?

If you are not the winner of the order of merit in your division, every player gets the chance to play in the match-play knockout stages. 2 players per division will reach the final of the match-play and both players will qualify for Grand Final on Thursday 20th June.
